These figures of freedom, powerful and sensitive, come to life on the streets—and now on our silk scarves. Maison BROCHIER SOIERIES pays tribute to this unique universe, where street art blends with the elegance of silk.

The World of the White Man

Born in 1961, Jérôme Mesnager is one of the pioneers of street art in France. His characters, called the White Men, appear in simple yet strong graphic compositions. Through works like The White Man and the City, The Flight, or Free Figures, he expresses a quest for freedom, movement, and transcendence.

This art, both urban and poetic, finds new expression on Maison BROCHIER’s silk squares, where clean lines and contrasts take on their full impact.

A Silk Square Vibrating with Freedom and Movement

The Excellence of Silk, a Heritage of Maison Brochier

The Jérôme Mesnager scarves are crafted in our Lyon workshop, following the pure tradition of artisanal silk making. Each silk square is printed by hand with extreme precision on natural silk of exceptional quality, allowing the fluidity of the drawings and vibrancy of the forms to be perfectly rendered. Traditional Lyonnaise screen printing lends each piece a flawless finish, worthy of Maison BROCHIER’s standards.

An Urban Art Accessory to Wear

The Jérôme Mesnager silk scarf is more than just an accessory: it is a textile art object to be proudly worn. It makes a refined gift, paying homage to creative freedom and the originality of urban art. Both contemporary and timeless, this scarf elevates everyday life while celebrating the beauty of movement and expression.
